Cambodia Project

Program: Spay and Neuter Cambodia

Cambodia, South East Asia

About The Program:
Pawesome’s Spay and Neuter Cambodia is an powerful 11 day experience into the challenges faced by the dogs and cats of Cambodia’s Pagodas and Temples. Our program provides more than 500 patients with the basic veterinary treatments needed to make their tough street life a little more comfortable; sterilization, core vaccine, rabies vaccine, flea & tick spot on and a worming treatment.

The project is located in Cambodia’s ever growing capital, Phnom Penh and our main focus will be on dogs and cats.
We invite vets, nurses/techs and students to apply.

Bonus Week: Spend a week visiting the ancient temples of Angkor Wat and volunteering with retired elephants, monkeys and many more animals at one of Cambodia’s best animal sanctuaries. Please enquire.


Ecuador Project

Program: Veterinary Medicine & Training

Ecuador, South America

About The Program:
Pawesome’s Veterinary Medicine & Training Program is a unforgettable twelve day experience in companion animal welfare and shelter medicine. Our program is located on the pacific north coast of Ecuador in a tiny surfing village and provides training specifically designed for veterinary, pre-veterinary and nurse/technician students who wish to expand their clinical as well as practical veterinary skills.

Students will partake in a multi-dimensional cultural and educational experience with an emphasis on instruction via the hands on approach side by side our veterinarians, gain valuable clinical hours, develop a broader understanding of international veterinary medicine and share in many planned group and cultural activities.
